  • Drop off Your Device

    Ship or drop off your product to our address, where we can provide a free diagnosis and a quote for all the charges for repair

  • Repair and Communication

    We will streamline the whole repair process to you and communicate any roadblocks, delays, eta, etc., until repair and your device is ready for pickup

  • Pick up and Payment

    Once your device is ready for pickup we will send you an invoice (or pay by cash in-person) and you will receive your device with a 3-month warranty.
